Unable to internet

Currently we have two green lights for power and WiFi and no internet light on. All devices in the home not working

@Harbinder2 once the connection has been down for an hour the online Service Checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection should be sble to tell you if this is a fault Sky already know about if it isn't it should, after running you through a few tests offer to bookman engineer to check your line.
