Hello since yesterday my internet keeps dropping out

@Melissa+Jones If the lights are not changing for you then call sky 150 on your landline if it is working! Your other option is to switch the hub off for at least 2 hours!

I had the same issue after the last round of router updates from sky.  Do you have a micro filter or the C 5 master socket? An Open Reach engineer  upgrade our micro filter to the new C 5 socket the upload is 35 mbps and download a constant 51 mbps

@Marty+wild That is just one load off rubbish, you are not getting that out off a standard 5c master socket even on a G.fast connection!

Sky don't like it IP addresses, SSID or Mac addresses displayed so feel free to block out the IP address and re-submit.

@Marty+wild You have got to see to believe, just a pity you have such a poor wireless wifi connection! What is the package speed you have from sky on a G.fast connection? What they used to do, so you must still be able to get from them!
