Internet keeps dropping out

Every ten or fifteen minutes the internet drops out.  This causes tv to stop, laptops and phone so it's very annoying!  On the sky hub the voice and internet lights turn red and then a couple of mins later, it goes green and connects again.  When I do the test on the my sky app it says all connections are fine and there's no problem!  How can I get this sorted or contact sky to come and help as their app does not direct me to any actual support.

Did you run this line test to see if it finds any faults:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I have run the diagnostic test on the app many times and it shows no fault!  I have called Sky and had a lengthy conversation about the fact this is an intermittent issue that is happening every ten or fifteen minutes rendering the service unusable.  They have proceeded to tell me that, as there is no issue on the diagnostic test, an engineer would not normally come out but they would arrange for one at a time I am not working for a fee!
