Frequent disconnections requiring a router reset can be quite frustrating. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help:

  1. Check Router Placement: Ensure your router is in a central, open location, free from obstructions and interference from electronic devices.
  2. Inspect Cables and Connections: Verify that all cables are securely connected and undamaged. Loose or damaged cables can cause intermittent connections.
  3. Overheating: Make sure your router is well-ventilated and not overheating, as this can cause it to drop connections.
  4. Power Supply Check: Ensure the power adapter is functioning properly and delivering consistent power to the router.
  5. ISP Assistance: Contact your internet service provider Sky to check if there is a line problem or to request a line test.

If the issue continues, there might be a fault with the router itself, in which case you might consider contacting the manufacturer for support or a replacement.
