I have Sky Broadband Fibre working fine however i can not see that in my Products, Nor the contract and any details like billing etc.
I am receiving the email, and the internet is working fine from approximate a week however when i check in my App or account, i can not see anything and it shows that i do not have any Product & Service from Sky

Hello @Highlinder , I have joined Sky about 3 weeks ago and the service started about a week ago

I can not see anything on my account and you are correct in understanding that i can not even see even showing any broadband on my account @Highlinder
