Internet keeps dropping out

We've had a booster box installed also but the internet light keeps going orange and I constantly have to log back in

@Kellysoc  Is this on your broadband router that this light is going amber in colour?

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Yes I have done that. And switched off everything at the wall.

Last night I could not watch catch up tv as the internet was not strong enough and it kept going off.  I switched the white box off at the wall and re-set everything it was no better.  Whilst working in the day my internet is constantly dropping and I'm having to log back in.  This is just not acceptable.  Can you please look into this.
