Seems this is a Sky issue as too many people reporting this in the UK. I'm based in Stoke On Trent

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jch83 it is a frequent issue caused by an issue with the connection on Sky's server not routing traffic correctly. With 6 million customers this fault is normally affecting a few at any one time but if it is only 0.1% that is 6,000 customers. Sky do fix these units but they are in different physical locations so it takes time. Standard advicecis to power down the hub for 60 minutes which should connect you to a different server node.
