WiFi and phone goes down at least 3 times a week have to keep turning off at mains to reset

Find out more@Gplion loss of connection three times a week is unlikely to meet the threshold for Openreach to take action unfortunately unless there are other faults. If you have a black Sky hub can you post the hub's stats so forum members can see what maybe wrong see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
