Internet keeps cutting out

Since upgrading to the sky max router my WiFi keeps cutting out randomly. Its always on different devices at different times. My phone is the worst one and my bedroom tele is now positioned right next to my doorway basically blocking me as otherwise my signal doesn't reach. I'm not happy with the range of the WiFi considering it's meant to be guaranteed in every room

@Alice3  If you have Sky max broadband and you pay extra for this you can claim a pod(s) from Sky to help with Wi-Fi throughout the property.

How do I get a pod? Everytime I try and use the online chat it keeps restarting on the bot so can't actually get through to a person and I have no credit on my phone to ring
