Internet keeps cutting off.

For the past week our Internet network keeps continuing to cut out. It must happen atleast 5 times a day. I don't pay for a Internet to not be able to use it like I should be able too. I have 4 devices connected at most so I can't see that being a problem. Any help would great.

@Jasonleach123 if the conection is dropping ie the lights on the hub show loss of connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start then run the Conection Check in the My Sky app to see if it picks up the fault and offers to book an engineer.

If it doesnt you can call Sky to report the issue but while I agree the issue is exttremly annoying they may not be able to get Openreach to accept it as a fault. The system Openreach use to manage your line should stabilise the line without intervention it is only where they can't without dropping speeds below the line guarantee that Openreach usually intervene. This is a common issue after periods of bad weather especially on longer copper lines running on poles but underground lines can also be affected fortunstely full fibre is unaffected by bad weather.
