For about the last two months all our TVs are not receiving programs . Just keeps cutting it up that there is a technical problem and screen goes blank . Seems to be happening more and more. I think we need some boosters
I For the last two months, the Internet seems to drop out every night, Message on the TV says technical problem try again later. Or you can be watching something and it keeps dropping out
@Indiah You would be better to see if it is a general you have NO internet or if you only have a TV issue, your post does not supply any detail to assist!
hi thank you for your reply, but it is definitely an Internet problem. We have five TVs in the house and it does it on our mobiles so it is definitely an Internet problem. my son-in-law thinks it's outside the house. so something to do with what's coming into the house rather than what's actually in the house
@Indiah And with the reply if it's outside then booster's inside will not help in the slightest! You would be best to call sky and have them run a diagnostic against your line to see if they can detect anything on there side for you!
