Broadband Speed Lower than Promised

My broadband speed is lower than promised for approximately over a week now. 

I am also getting terrible connectivity on VPNs which needs to be addresssed asap. 

 

When you joined Sky we agreed a Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed for your broadband.

In the last 30 days, your broadband speed has dropped below the agreed speed for three days in a row.

We've been unable to detect a current issue with your broadband speeds. If you believe your speed is lower than your Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, don't forget you're covered by our Speed Guarantee. Call us to claim.

@Peter1103 What do you see on the service checker history for your last 30 day's to your line?
