Internet keeps connecting and disconnecting!

This is ridiculous , internet keeps disconnecting every so often I've had enough engineer has been and "fixed" the problem., but is still doing this! Sky sort it out!

When did this start for you I'm having same problem all day trying to play online games and keeps disconnecting for 15 seconds a time

Also when checking WiFi/broadband it's saying no problems, everything looks good 🥴

oh no it's really annoying, sky doesn't care about their customers, when I asked has others reported the same things they said no! 🤔

@Chants05 & @Sarah2221 there are an increased number of issues with copper lines dropping following the recent heavy rain it happens every time we have bad weather, The systems managing the lines should compensate by dropping speed to stabilise the line which is done in small steps overnight for a few days.

There is nothing much Sky can do as Openreach wont send out an engineer unless the automatic DLM system cannot stabilise the line without dropping speeds below the guaranteed minimum line drops exceed 1o a day.

Full fibre isn't affected by the weather in the same way.

Happening again today every 10 mins my games day connection interrupted and can't play for 5-10 seconds and then it works again

I called sky this morning they are sending me a new router,  was happening earlier on today for me
