No services working
Hi all, this afternoon our internet has stopped working. Done all the checks and have the power light and the WiFi light but no internet light. Sky are saying wait until Tuesday for an engineer. We have no services working, no TV, no internet, no phone. This is ridiculous. Does anyone know a solution or something else I can try.

@K8tet If you've spoken to SKy and they havce scheduled an engineer that suggest a fault anf there is ni magical solution to get thing working, as you're on a domestic service the SLA is 2 working days from the day the fault is logged.
Weekends are not included.
