Internet keep dropping out

Hi my internet keep dropping out and the middle light keeps turning orange on the router I can turn off and on and the everything is fine for a little bit but then it happens again I'm I needing a new router or could the issue be somthing else

Mine does this every night. But tonight it won't come back on at all: middle light (for internet) flashes then just goes off.
