City fibre

We had city fibre upgrade a few days ago and ever since the signal has been awful. The WiFi keeps dropping out and even when it is on it is incredibly slow. I've done a reset and I've also cleared the area where the hub is. All the tests has said our WiFi is fine, but clearly there is an issue as we never had any problems prior to the upgrade. Has anyone else had this issue?

@Laurenbowell What upgrade did you get from and too, also what sky hub do you have connected to the system, same info if there was a change! See link about the hubs below!.
