The internet light on my hub is off, with the other two green. There are no apparent issues in my area so I did all the tests more times than I can count, unplugged the phone line etc and switched box on and off multiple times and there's still no Internet light on at all. It has now been more than 24 hours that the internet has been down. There was no apparent reason for it, working one second and not the next. I can't seem to book an engineer visit

I could try calling them just my signal in my area is awful

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
