Earlier this year i had a lot of issues where my network would drop and come back multiple times a day. Sky sent an Engineer round and he said he couldnt find any problems but there was some minor corrosion on the line which he cleaned up.
This seemed to fix the problem for a few months and then the issues came back. Sky sent another engineer round who also said there were no problems he could see with the line itself so if theres any issues its probably the router.
Things seemed to improve for a month or so and now its happening again so my question is - How do i get Sky to send me a new router?

You would need to call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
