Internet issues

Hi so I done all the Internet checks but the Internet keeps dropping out. I've unplugged it and reset it but no luck, this is the first time it happened to me I'm just wondering is there anything else I could do?

@Philip871  The next time it drops out can you run the broadband test to see if it can find an external issue.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
