No broadband service

I had my WiFi installed today, the lights are green, the test on the app says it's all good- but I'm not getting any usable WiFi, I've run a speed test with a broadband test app (not sky app) and it's seeing Sky fibre but the test fails as not able to detect broadband 

I've reset the router once, but get the same results

ive logged my Netflix account onto the new sky broadband and it just buffers continuously

@Willappleton  If you have only been activated today it can take up to midnight for data to flow. If this is the same in the morning it might be down to a failed activation.
