Internet issues

Internet keeps dropping out and says we are not connected to the Internet. Sky main screen says we don't have Internet connection right now. But when I do a test on my phone to check WiFi and brand band it says there is no issues. This happens on and off and has d9ne for some time and even contacted you previously. However no one could hel0 because it looks on li e that we are connected. Our tv is directly connected to the Internet hub but still saying no Internet. Could we need a new sky box or a new router. Please help as this is very frustrating and previously no o e has been able to help.

@CharlieDuree Which colour of router do you have from Sky, is it black or white?

It's a black one. Had it for 3 years.
