Internet issues for weeks even after reporting

Been having Internet issues for about a couple of weeks now. Reported online and and one of the sky engineers addressed stating there was a faulty cable at our exchange, engineer reported back that issue had been resolved. Since then we have still been having Internet issues even worse than the initial issue. 

 

Will need this addressed now ASAP as this is causing major eggs as me and partner work from home.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Give Sky a call to report the issue appears unresolved. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it's still working. You can't report a fault here. 

For customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.
