No connection

No sky tv or wifi, tests said no problems found

Try unplugging the tv for the  mains for a few minutes  then plug it back in holding the power button  in at the  same time see if that works, and then check your network  settings if it comes  on

Seven phone calls seven clowns !!! They say the problem is indoors well they send one of there team out to install it and it don't work !!! Explain that SKY ???

I am just a fellow customer like yourself , just explaining  what sky broadband and devices  i have connected and that i have full fibre broadband 900mps
