Internet issue!

Been happening on and off now. Internet keeps dropping. Whether its sky/netflix/youtube/disney.. it just stops working yet all lights are green on hub. We have to turn our mobile phones and all other electical items which use the wifi off to enable to try and boost the connections which doesnt work. Infuriating. Ive looked at upgrades package but already paying £90+ for what as its not working

@Ggt the biggest cause of issues with video streaming is poor wifi connection from the hub to the device running the app. While bandwidth is important video streaming actually does not require a fast connection as even UHD sport uses less than 35Mb/s but regularity is equally important.

You can check the speed your streaming device is getting by running the Network test in the Get Help menu innthe Netflix app. If that shows an issue you may need to think about how you can improve the connection firstly if possible optimise your hub's signal by makinfvsure it is out in the open not under or behind other kit ideally above obstructions like radiators. Do the same withwhstever you use for streaming if possible - if its a Sky Stream puck dont hide it behind a wall mounted TV. If thst doesnt help, consider if you could usecan ethernet cable instead of wifi. Lastly you may need to consider gettting extra kit like a booster to improve tge wifi signal but then you are into extra cost.
