Internet isn't working

Our Internet has not been working several times over the last few days. A engineer attended yesterday and said there was issuing affecting 5 people on my road and that he fixed it. He said the issues was resolved but our Internet has gone down again and isn't working... Our Internet has not been fullying working for the past 3 days.

@Lukesibbons Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

It says everything is fine on the test but its still not working. Been like this for four days. Its not letting me book a engineer this time.
