Internet is very slow

I am experiencing slow Internet although the check says everything is fine

@Tee0761 you need to find out if the issue is the speed to the hub which Sky should sort or slow wifi in your home which is down to you unless you pay Sky extra. This isnt difficult to do first go to a site like Fast.com and run the speedtest. Then sign into the My Sky app go to the service checker to see the speed your hub was whenlast tested if you click through you will see the result for the last 21 days and the guranteed minimum for your line if thecspedd is below the minimum the app should offer to book an engineer to check k your line.

 

If the speed to the hub looks OK but the speddtest result is much lower then you need to improve the  WiFi in your home. Sky will sell you there WiFi Max packagecwhich can supply up to 3 extenders if they are required see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
