Wap2
Ever since I've had the new sky box my Apple Mac air dosent connect to WiFi, keeps asking for wap2 password, I've been on the phone to sky for several hours and they are useless, I've had 4 engineers attend site, no one can resolve, they said it's the new sky box, and sky are fully aware of this , but they made the decision to roll with it and that it

@ScottCumming1 What is the mac air set at for the wireless securities, and does that match what you have set against the sky Hub!

@ScottCumming1 if you have a replacement white Sky hub go into the My Sky app and find the hub's settings on the first page you will find the password field you can make this readable by selecting the eye icon to the right that is the password you need which msybe different from the one on the hub's label.
While in the area select the advanced settings link at the bottom and on the next screen select WiFi security and change that setting to WPA2 if it is showing WPA3-T and save the change.

A potential workaround (which shouldn't be necessary) would be to add your own wireless access point connected to the Hub using an ethernet cable.
