Re: Internet is rubbish
Boost doesn't provide any additional equipment unless you experience an issue and then wireless boosters are provided free of charge, while it isn't free you pay a monthly fee! 😉

Re: Internet is rubbish
Did you have to return a wireless booster?

Re: Internet is rubbish
Do you have a wireless booster in the house, if so then that would have been disabled by Sky's system, otherwise Sky is just playing with your mind, IMHO, to reinstate Sky Boost so they get additional money.
Recommend if there is a fault you contact Sky to get it fixed, if you have a booster that would have been disabled without Sky boost then you'll need to reactive that feature for a price a month of £6 or whatever you can negotiate. 😀

Re: Internet is rubbish
Only the account holder has access to Sky and can negotiate, unfortunately.

Re: Internet is rubbish
Superusers can escalate the post for your mum only, unfortunately, they don't always escalate but for the possibility of an additional fee monthly I'm sure they'll escalate.
Recommend this is escalated to PM, there is the possibility of additional money in it for Sky or to keep this customer's mum happy! 😎

Re: Internet is rubbish
@sazzy116 while we can escalate posts if you are not the account holder Sky cannot help you until your mother has told them already you can act for her. However adding the Boost bundle wont magically improve connection your current issue is being caused by something else.if you post your hub's stats forum members maybe able to help see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
