Internet is not working - call back needed

Hi,

i have been paying for the internet since last Tuesday and have tried my best to fix it. 
online chat bots are sending me in loops.

please can I get a call back to sort this out as it is going to interfere with me being able to do my job after Monday. 
currently everything is plugged in as it should be. Red light is showing on the sky box. (Note: I don't have a landline and don't want one)

You've posted in a forum for issues with the Sky Yahoo Mail service - you're not emailing Sky, I'm afraid, and they won't call you back. I'll move your post to the Broadband forum where other customers may be able to help.

 

Do be aware that Sky don't support business use of their domestic broadband service

Unfortunately you aren't going to get a call back: Sky basically doesn't do that.

 

It would be useful to know the background: is this a new connection at the address, a Home Move, a change of technology?
