Our Netflix account is hacked they can't fix it as the hacker keeps changing it they said we need a new VPN number how do I get one please

Something's got garbled there: Netflix actively detects and blocks VPN use (and 'VPN number' is meaningless)

Could they have said IP address?

This happened to us recently. We had to call Netflix and they sorted it for us. Sky were no help.
