Internet is down

Internet is down, can't connect devices. The colours look like green, Orange, Green, orange.

 

Twice it's worked for one second and then gone straight back to not working for a while.

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I'm assuming its the White Sky hub you have. If so the green/orange flashing indicates the hub is updating it's software which should only take around 15 minutes.

If it's stuck in this mode it could be a fault with the hub so I would give Sky a call for them to check.
