Internet is down

Internet seems to be going to the router but there is an orange light on the hub and no WiFi in the house

@JonL1910 an orange internet light indicates the hub has lost connection to the exchange. As a first step log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the service checker to see if it tells you that Sky arexaware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue so they can get it checked out.
