ON and Off Connection Lost

An engineer came yesterday 29/10 rmto set up our sky max hub . Afterwards, we have experienced on and off connection lost . I would like to ask for a solution regaridng thos . I switched to sky due to its good reviews but if this issue keeps happening, it will be just so disappointing and frustrating on our part.

As this is a customer helps customer forum there is little we can do for you so you will need to report this to Sky if connection isn't stable.
