Internet is buffering upstairs
Hi, we went live this morning and the Internet is not working in my bedroom, it keeps buffering and shutting down

Does it work fine in other areas? If so it just sounds like a WiFi range issue.
If you want Sky boosters you'd need to have the Sky Broadband Boost or Sky Max subscription to claim boosters. Otherwise you ar elooking at 3rd party options to increase coverage

And note that Sky typically won't entertain a claim against the WiFi Guarantee (Broadband Boost) / Enhanced WiFi Guarantee (Wifi Max) for the first couple of weeks after activation.
Unfortunately the default 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' is actually no such thing.

Depending on how far you are from the router, you might need a wifi extender.
