Hello, i've been on sky broadband recently and for the majority it has been fine. However, there are some spots in the house where internet is very poor or i am unable to use it. I have heard you have a broadband booster available, how would i go about receiving this?

If you subscribe to either Broadband Boost or WiFi Max add-ons then you claim under the WiFi Guarantee or Enhanced WiFi Guarantee respectively: note that Sky won't accept such a claim in the first two weeks.
Unfortunately the Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee is actually no such thing, and doesn't offer booster hardware.

Note that 'Broadband Boost' is a subscription supplement at extra monthly cost, not a hardware product.

It varies, but something like £6 a month for Broadband Boost, or £7.50 to £10 a month for WiFi Max.
