Internet has kept dropping over last 48hrs

My internet on several devices and WiFi keep dropping out. It's happened a lot over the last 48 hrs. I have done checks and speed checks and because I am unable to use my phone data in my flat I am completely cut off. So when I am back online for minimal time I'm able to do checks and it keeps saying everything is running fine and there are no issues. Has anyone else had this kind of problem? I've restarted the box. Taken the plug etc out the wall for a good half hour. Still the same issue keeps occuring. Only had it installed August time 24.
