Internet has become really slow two weeks after being installed

Initially the internet was really fast and working well over the last few days it's become slow and unresponsive some times I opted for a faster internet than my previous and I wish I had never changed as I had zero problems wint my previous provider

@Hele Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Does the above test give you any indication of what is wrong with the connection?
