Very poor Internet over last few days

Hello Over the last few days we have been having issues with our WiFi / broadband. Any applications on our phones and or laptops are taking forever to load. I havw reset our router and ran diagnostics via my sky, but nothing is showing issues nor resolutions Regards Craig
