Internet goes down every lunchtime between 12-1:00

I'm writing again to inform you that my internet is down. I have made numerous complaints about this already . Please fix the issue. I work from home and need a reliable internet access.

@Sherms Your one other post has nothing on it about your current issue, did you call sky? That may be the best way to go, dial 150 from your connected landline is the best option!

Hi jimM1, I have complaint several times to SKY. I didn't realised I post this on SKY COMMUNITY I just to informed them that my internet is down again. Thanks for advice though

@Sherms No problems, on the Forum it's highly unlikely to catch the eye off sky!!!
