Internet extremely slow
Our internet speed for the last few weeks is extremely slow. So examples, It is taking 15-30 mins to download an episode of something, if you pick up a mobile then whatever is on the TV freezes.
We have rest the box, tested the signal (3), moved the box into the open and central as well as doing all the promoted checks on the my sky app.
Testing in the app says yes it's slow but matches what we should get (but it doesn't).
Only thing we can link it to is our neighbours recently got fibre... Does that affect ours.
Any ideas or support for this...

@SGudgin You are moving along in the right direction with what you are trying to do, so a couple off direct questions to you.
1. What sky hub are you using on your FF Full Fibre connection the white sky Max one or the Black Sky Broadband Hub.
2. Yes as the Fibre connections get busier and if the Installation Engineer was not carefull things can happen, but if your neighbour went FF at Gigabit and you are FF300 they can swamp the connection, Fibre though quicker does have a few caviates and also can have some issues Hub wise if you can see them and they can see you when the hub's battle out with each other! Not saying this is your case as such!

We have the black box.
when I do a fast,com speed check is reads around 3mbps.

@SGudgin If you can do follow the info below and post your stat's up just like you see, allow the fields to fill in so there is info on the stat's data. on a Full Fibre connection they are not the be all end all for result's but worth a look at.
Regarding your fast test, unless you can say 100% your wireless wifi network is good, then cannot go with that, a wired Ethernet test, with all your wireless wifi off is the way to test, it should return on a capable device close to the speed. Don't even know what your package is, but on mine FF500 i get the 500/70 down/up no issues unless the network is busy, but i KNOW 100% how my network works and responds, so can shave a little when i test for instance daughter is 4K streaming and the wife is on you tube, will take 50 off the 500 or jump on the desktop and do an Ethernet speed test!

@SGudgin It is also worth you having a look at the service checker history against your line, sky records once per day and a 30 day history as they check, to see that broadband then expand the > history will be shown.

My WiFi is down completely can't get on internet at all first 1 is green no internet the green WiFi no voice

I have used the linked and it shows similar information.
I do the service checker with all connected WiFi items switched off and it regularly shows around 3.
Service checker history on my sky app shows daily average for the last 30 days as 7 and I am supposed to get a minimum of 16.3

@SGudgin can you pist your hub's connection stats as explained here Sky Hub statistics

@Kyleb2306 Few links below for you to check what is going on with you connection!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
