Hi there I've recently moved to a 300mps connection, with new Wifi6 hub, but from a previous set up where all my smart plus were connected, they do not connect in the further parts of my home (for lights etc) . I have checked and.the plugs work when relocated next to router (but I dont need lights there!l) I should have WiFi extender as part of my new package but want to request the 1st extender to resolve my issue. How can I request this??
