Internet drops out?
Internet keeps dopping out intermittently. Tried numerous things, but it still works - very annoying.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Did all that and it shows a steady and stable connection, but still it drops out intermittemenly. I am using a Mac on Wi-Fi and never had a problem prevsiouly, just since I installed a new Sky Hub. Any idea on the best number to ring please? Thanks for your help.
