Internet drops out when kids playing games

Hi all

we have a bizarre issue where the WiFi keeps dropping out when the kids are playing Roblox, and it is driving them crazy. Only noticeable when they are playing games on their iPad as it kicks them from the game and they have to reconnect. 

what could this be? We never had this issue prior to upgrading to Sky, we have the Sky Max Hub.

@LNewton93 sounds like a dodgy app and a quick online search does show reports of Roblox crashing ios devices with videos explaing how to fix the issue.
