Internet drops out every day between 6 and 7pm and sometimes more than omce

Every day between 6pm and 7:30 ish the tv switches off and phones and says technical issues and i lose the internet completely. Happens on all mobile devices and tv. Most times i test it says its ok but it is not and then i have to switch off the router and back on over and over again guaranteed every single day now that never used to do

@Andrew270 a fault that occurs regularly at a set time is usually linked to some other timed event modt normally in or very near to your home. Typical causes can be equipment switching on or off, a faulty appliance like a microwave emitting interference etc. These can be incredibly difficult to pin down so investigating yourself is a good idea.
