Connection dropped everyday for more than 5 hours in a row
Hello, from 27 january my connection dropped everyday for more than 5 hours in a row and when connection come back i have only 6mb/s speed... i already run checker and it said the hub is not conectes but it is. After that 5 hours checker said hub is connected and i have only 6mb/s speed. Anyone know why? Thanks

@Marcel1999 Sky should be able to tell you as they have diagnostic systems but you will need to call them if the service checker in the My Sky app isnt giving you any information. In all likelyhood its an issue with your line.
