Internet dropping

My internet connection keeps dropping.  I have gone through all the diagnostics but still stays "connected but with no internet connection"

Any ideas or do you think I need a new router?

@Jrgs less unlikely its the hub as line issues are more common but call Sky report the issue and seecwhat they say. Ifvthecdiagnostics indicate there is an issuecwith the hub they will swap it for you.
