No connection on new hub

Hi had hun max instilled 10 of July hun showing red no internet or WiFi

@NaomiStrickland check the line activation date if its a new line as the as hubs arrive a couple of days before that. However assuming its a replacement unit or the activation date has passed and you have checked the unit is connectted (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have) give Sky a call to report the issue.
