Internet dropping

This week being the worst Internet keeps dropping. Checked all devices and done the tests through sky app and no issues to report. Getting a bit sick now paying for a service that's not working properly. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes ours is the same been so bad all week tonight is the worst though every five minutes
