Since having the sky broadband fitted I am struggling to connect one of our iPads - say unexpected error ? Please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Suec tell the iPad to forget tghe connection then reboot the iPad - how to do that varies acoording to model see here.
Once restarted connectvthe iPad to the Sky hub from scratch making sure you select autojoin in the network settings.
