Internet dropping

Hi my Internet keeps dropping every hour or so I think there may be a problem with my hub

Have the exact same problem have done for about a week or so speeds going into kbs or total drop off sky don't seem care

My Internet got cut by workers working on my street, I told sky I used my data as hotspot (I used 45g) they offered me 2 gig 🤬like how
